Shipping Policy

Relivio™ partners with trusted international carriers like FedEx, DHL, UPS, SF Express, and EMS, who work with local couriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery direct to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders take 2–5 business days to process before shipping.

  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 10 days.

  • Once your order begins processing, we cannot make changes (including address updates). Please double-check your details at checkout.

  • We ship Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Times (Estimated)

  • United States: 7–14 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 10–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days

  • Mexico, Central & South America: 15–30 business days

Note: Times are estimates only and do not include our 2–5 day processing time. Unexpected delays (customs, weather, labor strikes, etc.) may affect delivery.

Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

  • Some carriers may take several days to update tracking info in their system.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.

  • If an order is refused and returned, you’ll be responsible for return shipping and any applicable fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Relivio™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please file a claim with the carrier.

  • Claims must be submitted promptly with timestamp information from the carrier.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • Once orders are processed, we cannot retrieve or re-route packages.
